INTRODUCTION.
At the time Paul wrote this second letter to the church at Corinth, false teachers had infiltrated the church, trying to persuade the believers to keep all the requirements of the Law of Moses. In this week’s lesson, Paul shows the difference between the old covenant, the law, and the new covenant, based on grace. He declares how much greater glory the new covenant has over the old one. For sure, the old covenant was glorious, but it was only temporary to be replaced by the new covenant which has greater, everlasting glory.
