Concluding the lesson…
Events unfolding in the world today remind us that we are living in a very dark place. Sin is rampant, and the sad results of sin are everywhere to see. Man, with all his science and technology, still wanders in the night without purpose, or hope. 2000 years ago, Jesus announced, “I am the light of the world.” He offered hope to a world of despair. Today his great declaration still resonates. Our darkened world needs to see the light that Jesus can provide. Announce boldly that Jesus is the light. Let his light shine through you!
