INTRODUCTION.
This week’s lesson takes place after the resurrection of Jesus. He had been crucified and the hopes of His followers that He would usher in His kingdom immediately were crushed. He had risen from the dead, and the disciples had seen Him, but they still had trouble understanding all that had happened. As a result, they went back to fishing. After a long night of fishing and catching no fish, earlier in the morning mist, a stranger appeared on the shore of the Sea of Tiberias to encourage them to try one more time.
