PRACTICAL POINTS FOR DISCUSSION:
1. The LORD will direct our paths when we sincerely seek to do what is right (Matthew 1:18-20; Proverbs 3:5-6).
2. We cannot understand Jesus unless we understand His mission—saving people from their sins (Matthew 1:21; 18:11).
3. Serving the LORD should be something that we look forward to doing (John 12:1-2).
4. If our offering to the LORD does not cost us something, we are not giving much (John 12:3).
5. The reason we do things for Christ may be lost among others, but it’s not lost with God (John 12:4-6).
6. There is a time for everything, but giving to Jesus is always a priority (John 12:7-8).
