PRACTICAL POINTS FOR DISCUSSION:
1. God desires to bring men out of the place of bondage and unto Himself (Exodus 19:1- 2).
2. Every believer has a responsibility to faithfully communicate the Word of God that he or she has received (Exodus 19:3).
3. God is both able and willing to care for His own (Exodus 19:4).
4. God’s care for His own is even greater than the providential care with which He watches over all the earth (Exodus 19:5).
5. Like Israel was called to do, believers today are to be the means of bringing the knowledge of God to the nations of the earth (Exodus 19:6; Matthew 28:18-20; Acts 1:8).
6. Those of us who have been entrusted with God’s Word, must share it with others just as He gave it (Exodus 24:3; I Corinthians 9:16).
7. In every act of worship, we should remember that our salvation is as a result of the shed blood of Jesus, who is our sacrifice for sin (Exodus 24:4-8; I Peter 1:18-19; Hebrews 9:22).
