1. Although the old covenant was itself glorious, the indwelling Holy Spirit and the new covenant are more glorious (II Corinthians 3:7-8).
2. God never intended for the glory of the Law to continue, but the glory of the new covenant, the gospel will (II Corinthians 3:9-11).
3. Since we have the hope and expectancy of salvation, we can proclaim the gospel boldly (II Corinthians 3:12).
4. It is unfortunate that so many people believe that they can please God through their good works (II Corinthians 3:13-15).
5. Many eyes are spiritually blinded by their desire to keep the law, but their eyes can be opened by turning to the gospel (II Corinthians 3:16).
6. As we enjoy the liberty we have in Jesus, we become more and more like Him (II Corinthians 3:17-18).
