- You must have an appointment. NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION

- If you do not have internet access and need assistance please call 843-876-7227 between 7am - 7pm
- 2nd dose appointments are automatically scheduled for May 19, 2021 from 1PM - 6PM at GNBSOP
